Position Summary
In your role as a Vendor Management Professional you'll work to organize, coordinate, manage, and track the efforts of a contractor company onsite at SAS. Vendors perform maintenance, implement projects, and document activity under contract with PCS. You'll be responsible to track the performance of these activities.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
  • Following company policies and local, state, and federal laws and best practices within functional area to provide customer service including: customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Performs clerical duties such as making copies, filing, organizing, and paying invoices.
  • Answering phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or takes messages.
  • Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences.
  • Researching, analyzing results and presenting potential solutions/ recommendations.
  • Preparing reports and executive summaries.

Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's or technical degree (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 0-3 years experience with spreadsheets, inventory management, project management.
  • Prior Microsoft Office software (Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience and basic project management skills.

All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor require you to be onsite. We are not currently accepting applications for candidates who currently, or in the future, will need visa sponsorship.
The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $103,970. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
