Job description

Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team as a full-time PCS Field Technician.  In this role, your primary responsibilities will be operating a UTV soil sampling unit in the field during the Spring and Fall Seasons. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality data collection and accuracy for PCS and our customers. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work independently in varying field conditions. In the off-seasons you will be supporting other departments with in PCS. Depending on your experience and skills, these task could range from field scouting and nutrient testing to machine maintenance to data collection. Duties & Responsibilities:Accurately document progress using company-provided apps.Daily use of tablets or laptop to document taskCommunicate regularly with the Field Operation Coordinator.Operate UTVs across various terrains and weather conditions.Safely operate PCS-issued vehicles, trailers, UTVs, and other equipment, ensuring proper care to prevent damage or unnecessary repairs.Collaborate with the PCS team to ensure accurate execution of sampling tasks.Travel to fields across designated regions using company-provided tools.
