Title: Sail Point Engineer / Support
Location: Southlake, TX / Austin, TX
Duration: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
  • Own L3 incidents, problems, and escalations
  • Act as onsite technical SPOC for IAM & SSO
  • Perform deep troubleshooting and RCA
  • Support JML, access requests, and approvals
  • Manage SailPoint connectors, rules, workflows
  • Execute aggregation, identity refresh, reconciliation
  • Manage certifications, remediation, and audits
  • Support PingFederate SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
  • Troubleshoot SSO integration issues with applications
  • Coordinate resolutions with offshore L1/L2 teams
  • Lead incident calls and war rooms

Required Skills
  • 5+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ support
  • Strong hands-on with IIQ rules, workflows, certifications
  • PingFederate administration & SSO troubleshooting
  • SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
  • Java/BeanShell, SQL
  • ITIL Incident / Problem / Change
  • Strong customer communication

Onsite Expectations
  • Handle escalations and critical incidents
