Job Title: Senior SailPoint Developer with ServiceNow Integration Experience
Location: REMOTE
Experience Level: Senior (7-8 years)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Developer with significant experience in ServiceNow implementation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of identity governance solutions, leveraging SailPoint IdentityIQ and integrating it with ServiceNow for streamlined identity management and access governance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Development: Lead the design and development of custom solutions within the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, ensuring seamless integration with ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow Integration: Develop and implement workflows to automate identity management processes within ServiceNow, including user provisioning, access requests, approvals, and ticketing systems.
  • Customization & Configuration: Customize SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet specific business requirements, including developing custom connectors, rules, workflows, and certifications.
  • Role Management: Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) policies and role models to ensure appropriate user access and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for SailPoint IdentityIQ and ServiceNow integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT security, compliance, and ServiceNow development teams, to ensure alignment and integration of identity governance solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the SailPoint and ServiceNow integration processes, including technical specifications, configurations, and best practices.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and IT staff on SailPoint and ServiceNow best practices and development techniques.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, with at least 3 years of experience integrating SailPoint with ServiceNow.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including workflow design, rule development, and connector configuration.
    • Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly in developing and integrating identity management workflows.
    • Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and XML for SailPoint customization.
    • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for integration between SailPoint and ServiceNow.
    • Experience with database management (Oracle, SQL) and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
