We're looking for skilled, self-motivated Licensed Massage Therapists who want to earn top-of-market income in a high-end clinical setting - without paying rent, chasing clients, or handling admin.

We don't do flat splits. Our performance-based tier system rewards your skill and client retention:

• Professional Tier: Under 40% Rebook Rate = 45% Base Commission + 10% Zone 2 Add-On
• Lead Provider Tier: 40-50% Rebook Rate = 50% Base Commission + 15% Zone 2 Add-On
• Elite Clinical Tier: 50%+ Rebook Rate = 55% Base Commission + 25% Zone 2 Add-On

You start at Lead Provider (Tier 2) for your first 90 days - that's 50% base commission from day one, regardless of rebook history. Most spas start you at the bottom. We don't.

• Base massage commission (45%-55%)
• Zone 2 add-on commissions (10%-25%) on compression therapy, red light, salt cave add-ons
• Insurance billing bonus - $5 extra per completed SOAP note on insurance-billed services

We invest heavily in Meta and Google advertising to fill your book. New therapists get priority access to fresh leads while building their client base. You focus on what you do best - we handle marketing, scheduling, and client acquisition.

We're launching a Bio-Hacking Recovery Lab and adding professional assisted stretching to our service menu. LMTs with stretch therapy experience (or interest in training) can pick up additional stretch sessions for even more income:

• 25-min stretch session: $55 walk-in / $45 member
• 50-min stretch session: $95 walk-in / $79 member
• 80-min stretch session: $130 walk-in / $109 member

Same tiered commission structure applies. This is optional but a great way to diversify your revenue and expand your skill set. We'll provide protocol training for therapists who want to add stretch to their offerings.

• Valid South Carolina Massage Therapy License (or ability to obtain before start)
• Professional liability insurance provided via AMTA membership benefit (see Perks above no cost to you)
• Own supplies, tools, and clean linens
• Minimum 20% rebook rate commitment
• Strong clinical skills and genuine passion for client outcomes

• Experience in clinical/therapeutic massage (not just relaxation)
• Familiarity with SOAP documentation
• Interest in cross-training on wellness modalities (compression, red light, cryotherapy, assisted stretch therapy)
• Track record of client retention and rebooking
