·      Collaborate with staff, title companies, and opposing counsel to cure title matters

·      Conduct legal research

·      Contribute articles for publication, depending on experience level

Qualifications

·      Must have an interest in foreclosure/default servicing law

·      Licensed and admitted to practice in Illinois

·      Strong communication, organizational, and document review skills

·      Ability to manage hearings and work effectively under pressure

·      Interest in learning and applying real property title law and related regulations
