We are currently looking for a team member who has availability to work at least 3-5 shifts per week. We are opening a second location, Sukhino Express Wellness Studio, just a half mile from our current center. This role will include shifts at BOTH locations, and will begin ASAP.
Evenings and weekends are required.

Compensation:
  • $12/hour during onboarding (typically 10-12 shifts, or about 3-4 weeks)
  • $13/hour plus tips and commissions immediately after completing onboarding
  • $14/hour plus tips and commissions after completing all learning requirements and demonstrating proficiency in role (typically within 30-90 days, depending on your effort)

Our team members work part-time (12-36 hours per week), and are eager to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. Depending on our current needs, we may be able to offer more hours. We are open 7 days a week, and shifts are currently from 9 AM to 3:15 PM, 12 PM to 6:15 PM (as needed on busier days), or 3 PM to 9:15 PM, but are subject to change. We are not a seasonal business and do not hire seasonal team members. (The new location may have slightly different hours.)
You must be passionate about holistic wellness, self-care, and helping others feel their very best. Ideally, you’re already well-versed in the benefits of float therapy and halotherapy. Please watch this video to get an idea of the day-to-day responsibilities.

We are a tiny, but mighty team. We have only FOUR team members, soon to be EIGHT, plus two co-owners. We rely heavily on commitments to scheduled shifts and proactive communication if you're not able to make it to a scheduled interview, or if hired, a scheduled shift.
Who You Are :
  • You are 18 or older in order to be a Wellness Guide. Other positions may be available for younger candidates.
  • People describe you as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to.
  • You're calm, cool, and collected, even when you have several things to manage at once.
  • You're not "loud". (We run a quiet retreat space - this is crucial.)
  • You prioritize your own wellbeing and practice what we preach.
  • You can read people pretty well and know when to stay quiet, when to ask questions, and when to provide support.
  • You love alternative wellness services and encourage people to prioritize their own self care.
  • You don’t find yourself muttering, “I hate people” everyday.
  • You enjoy talking about big ideas.
  • You love seeing others succeed.
  • You listen more than you speak.
  • You're comfortable with technology, gadgets, and gizmos.
Truth be told: We're never in a rush to hire. We want to take our time to find the RIGHT person to join our team. We care deeply about what we do and how we care for and hold space for our guests. We hire the best of the best!

Responsibilities :
  • Sharing information about float therapy, halotherapy, and infrared therapy (and all of our new services at the second location!) with our guests
  • Cleaning the facilities and preparing for guests
  • Checking guests in and out before and after their services
  • Answering the phone and helping guests with questions
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining awareness of multiple situations at once
  • Responding to inquiries about our services
  • Selling products and services in person and over the phone
  • Washing and folding laundry and washing dishes
  • Anticipating the guest's next need
