  • Support onboarding and ongoing training to ensure team members are confident in their roles
  • Reinforce existing training systems, standards, and expectations
  • Coach team members toward consistent performance and professional growth
  • Partner with leadership to support the achievement of service, retail, and operational goals

OPERATIONS & EXECUTION

  • Address guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support promotions, launches, and salon initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
  • Experience leading teams of 15–30+ employees preferred
  • Background in salon, spa, hospitality, or retail environments a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and people leadership skills
  • Comfortable managing schedules, priorities, and performance

This is not an entry-level management role and not a stylist-on-the-floor position.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Hourly $22 - $38, based on experience
  • Health and vision insurance with company contribution
  • Dental insurance available
  • Disability and life insurance benefits available
  • 3% IRA retirement match
  • Paid time off
  • Employee service and product discounts

WHY ATELIÉR BEAUTY

  • Clear systems and expectations
  • Supportive, professional leadership culture
  • High standards without chaos
  • A team-centered environment that values consistency, accountability, and care
