Job description

OB/GYN Physician | Robotics | Salisbury, Maryland

Join an established, high-volume OB/GYN program on Maryland's Eastern Shore with a strong physician and midwife team, MFM support, and laborist backup. With 7 OB/GYNs, 8 CNMs, and approximately 2,200 deliveries annually, this practice offers a full-scope OB/GYN model with dedicated surgical time.

Position Highlights
  • Full-scope OB/GYN practice with an approximately 50/50 OB and GYN mix
  • Monday-Friday schedule with 3-4 clinic days per week and dedicated OR block time
  • 1:7 call rotation with a post-call day off and laborist backup coverage
  • MFM support for high-risk cases
  • Da Vinci Xi robotics and 4-room ambulatory surgery center
  • On-site ultrasound, colposcopy, and laboratory services
  • Approximately 2,200 deliveries annually with a 17-19% C-section rate
Compensation & Benefits
  • $380,000-$390,000 base salary
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus
