Requirements Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs

Requirements
  • Active PT license in MD required to start the assignment
