Boot Barn is seeking a Revenue Operations & Salesforce Analyst to support and enhance our sales organization through data-driven insights, process optimization, and Salesforce administration. This role will play a critical part in identifying trends, improving sales performance, and enabling the team with actionable insights and efficient tools. The ideal candidate blends analytical thinking with Salesforce expertise and a strong understanding of sales processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales activity to uncover performance drivers
  • Develop actionable recommendations to optimize sales strategies and outcomes
  • Support forecasting and performance planning through data analysis

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and KPIs
  • Provide leadership with visibility into pipeline, activity, and conversion metrics
  • Create and distribute weekly and ad hoc performance reports by sales agent
  • Continuously improve reporting to better align with business goals

Sales Process Optimization & Automation

  • Design and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate key sales workflows
  • Streamline lead routing, opportunity management, and follow-up processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to reduce manual work and increase productivity

Salesforce Administration & Optimization

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud to support sales processes
  • Customize objects, fields, page layouts, and record types based on business needs
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistent system usage
  • Partner with third-party implementation resources when needed

Email & Communication Enablement

  • Develop and manage email templates, sequences, and automations within Salesforce or integrated tools
  • Support both mass campaigns and 1:1 outreach efforts
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics (opens, clicks, responses) to optimize effectiveness

Sales Team Enablement

  • Train sales team members on Salesforce tools, reporting, and best practices
  • Create documentation, playbooks, and quick-reference materials
  • Act as a resource for day-to-day Salesforce and reporting questions
  • Gather feedback from sales users to improve processes and system usability
  • Stay current on Salesforce features, analytics tools, and industry best practices
  • Proactively recommend enhancements to drive efficiency, performance, and revenue growth

Tech Stack Enablement & Tool Integration

  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and other sales tools (e.g., email platforms, dialers, marketing tools)
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools to enhance sales productivity and insights
  • Ensure systems work together seamlessly and data flows accurately
  • Provide ongoing support for system issues, bugs, and user challenges
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce Flows, reporting discrepancies, and data issues
