Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

About This Job

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business objectives. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, drive user adoption, and ensure system performance, security, and data integrity. The administrator also provides user support, training, and ongoing enhancements to maximize platform value.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce declarative customizations and automations, including Flows, validation rules, and page layouts

  • Develop a deep understanding of Consumer and Commercial Banking operations to lead complex initiatives and integrations that enhance sales and service capabilities

  • Participate in all phases of the Agile project lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and change management

  • Perform core Salesforce administration activities, including: User and role management, reports and dashboards, and support of Agile workflows

  • Manage nCino-specific platform functionality, including package maintenance, configuration, customization, LOS support, and banking system integrations

  • Promote adoption of Salesforce and nCino features through user training sessions, webinars, and documentation

  • Serve as a liaison between business users and IT by gathering requirements, performing business analysis, and providing day-to-day user support and troubleshooting

  • Partner with Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, and other business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced business outcomes

  • Monitor and analyze user adoption metrics; proactively address gaps through targeted training, communication, system enhancements, or collaboration with the nCino Business Systems Analyst

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful product releases, upgrades, and ongoing platform enhancements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

  • Hands-on experience building custom reports and dashboards

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

  • Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and data integrity best practices
