WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Software Developer (Salesforce) develops, enhances, and supports Salesforce solutions that enable critical business processes and technology initiatives. This role works with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, build system integrations, and deliver secure, high-quality applications that improve operational efficiency, data flow, and user experience.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
1. Salesforce Development & Solution Delivery
  • Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce applications, workflows, and platform enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Apex, Flow, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.
  • Follow development standards, testing practices, and documentation requirements.

2. System Integrations & APIs
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems.
  • Build APIs, interface components, and asynchronous processing solutions to support scalable data exchange.
  • Support integration testing, monitoring, issue resolution, and security requirements.

3. Data Management & Platform Support
  • Maintain Salesforce data models, validation rules, and data quality controls.
  • Support data migration, conversion, and bulk processing activities.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with Apex, Flow, Salesforce customization, and system integrations.
  • Experience building and supporting scalable applications, APIs, and automated workflows.
  • Knowledge of modern development practices, including integrations, asynchronous processing, and CI/CD.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications, Financial Services Cloud or Automotive Cloud experience, and experience within lending, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
