Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Plantation, FL that is seeking a Salesforce Developer.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to drive the development and optimization of our Unified Salesforce platform. This role will lead the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions that support internal employee workflows, case management, self-service portals, and knowledge management operations. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce development expertise and a strong understanding of enterprise service delivery and employee experience workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect and lead the development of scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to employee desktop operations, including case management, web-to-case intake forms, knowledge base, and employee portal experiences
* Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and operations teams to translate employee service requirements into technical designs
* Serve as the technical lead for development projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and IT governance policies
* Configure and customize Salesforce components such as Cases, Web Forms, Knowledge Articles, Experience Cloud sites, and automation workflows to support employee service use cases
* Develop custom logic for case routing, intake processing, portal authentication, and integration workflows using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
* Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems such as AWS (S3, Cognito, Amplify), MuleSoft, SAP, and internal authentication platforms
* Establish and maintain development standards, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
* Conduct code reviews and ensure performance, security, scalability, and compliance of Salesforce applications
* Optimize user experiences across desktop and mobile interfaces for internal employees and customer-facing portals
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant
* 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with 2+ years focused on Service Cloud
* Experience Cloud, and enterprise case management solutions
* Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
* Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development methodologies
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Cognito), and authentication solutions
* Familiarity with compliance, security standards, and PII data protection in enterprise environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
