Job description

Why we are looking for support

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Germany.

You’ll be part of a delivery team working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. While you don’t need prior experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, you’ll be expected to learn and work with it as part of our core solution landscape.

To give you more insights of your working environment, on the organization level you will work on a regular basis in a team of 5-10 developers to gather ideas & improve already existing processes. On a project level you will work in an agile project team of 4-7 people, depending on the project size, to deliver projects to our clients.

Your tasks
  • Lead the development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using different Cloud solutions.

  • Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using both configuration and customization

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutions

  • Develop Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows

  • Work closely with solution architects and functional consultants to build scalable solutions across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Consumer Goods Cloud

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools (e.g. MuleSoft, SAP CPI)

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance

  • Contribute to DevOps automation using Git, Gearset, or DevOps Center

  • Suggest improvements to performance, reusability, or developer experience

  • Support defect resolution, enhancements, and roll-out activities

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce innovations and contribute to internal initiatives and team growth.

Requirements
  • 3–7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience

  • Strong skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow

  • Experience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce implementations

  • Understanding of integration design, platform limits, and test automation

  • Familiarity with Git‑based version control and CI/CD tooling

  • Experience working in structured project teams or consulting environments

  • Interest in learning Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and applying it in real‑world programs

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.

  • Fluent in English and German – other languages are a plus.

  • Demonstrated drive to improve how things are done—whether in performance, automation, or usability

  • The ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams

  • A mindset geared toward learning and adapting in enterprise‑scale environments

Nice to Have
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, Integration Architecture Designer)

  • Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Consumer Goods Cloud

  • Background working with or delivering for consumer goods or retail clients

  • Familiarity with agile delivery tools like JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail

  • Experience working with XML based design contracts and Cordova mobile framework
