Senior Salesforce Administrator

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the design, configuration, and ongoing administration of an enterprise Salesforce environment. This individual will play a critical role in standing up a net-new Salesforce organization, executing a complex data migration, and establishing a consolidated CRM platform supporting multiple business functions.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce expert who enjoys platform ownership, complex migrations, and building scalable solutions in a growing enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the standup and configuration of a net-new Salesforce environment.
  • Execute Salesforce data migration, including standard CRM and managed package objects.
  • Design and manage security models, profiles, permission sets, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Coordinate Salesforce integrations with ERP systems and integration platforms.
  • Deploy and administer Salesforce-native managed packages, including field service solutions.
  • Lead user acceptance testing with key business stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce platform owner supporting approximately 300–500 users.
  • Manage users, role hierarchy, sandbox environments, releases, and change control.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and analytics for business and executive leadership.
  • Partner with Salesforce Developers on Apex, Lightning components, and custom enhancements.
  • Manage Salesforce vendor relationships and support future platform initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a mid-market or enterprise environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce data migrations, org migrations, or carve-out environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Experience with ServiceMax or a comparable Salesforce-native field service solution.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems using Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader, Dataflow, or other ETL/data migration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 211).
  • Experience within manufacturing, warehouse automation, or industrial services.
  • M&A, carve-out, or TSA exit Salesforce migration experience.
  • Experience with Conga, DemandBase, Oracle EBS, or Salesforce CPQ.
