Technical Program Manager (Experian)
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Overview
Experian is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives across distributed teams and global stakeholders. This role will drive the delivery of cloud, data platform, and customer-facing technology programs while partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and business leaders.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Drive delivery of cloud, data platform, and customer-facing technology initiatives.
  • Manage program plans, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide executive-level status reporting and communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Establish and improve program governance, Agile practices, delivery tracking, and operational processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and strategic partners when needed.
  • Ensure all programs align with Experian's security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale distributed systems, cloud platforms, or data-driven technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of:
