Salesforce Technical Lead Role
The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for the overall technical design, architecture, and development of the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions platform.
This individual will provide leadership to the development team, oversee enterprise integrations, establish best practices, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions are delivered throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities include-
Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
Establish development standards, coding best practices, and governance processes.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows
Design and oversee enterprise integrations utilizing: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), MuleSoft
Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead integration efforts with enterprise applications including: Bluebeam, JP Morgan Chase, Primavera P6, Unifier, ESRI, Box
Oversee data migration strategy and execution from EnerGov into Salesforce.
Design and implement Salesforce security architecture, including sharing models, permission sets, profiles, encryption, and data security best practices.
Support DevOps processes utilizing Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD deployment tools.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend scalable solutions.
Ensure technical documentation is maintained throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Salesforce Technical Lead Background Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
Strong experience developing with: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows
Experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Experience leading Salesforce development teams and conducting code reviews.
Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
Experience utilizing Git and CI/CD deployment methodologies.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and platform best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
Preferred-
Salesforce Application Architect Certification.
MuleSoft Developer Certification.
Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Experience utilizing Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools.
