Job Description

TechAGI Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with strong Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash experience. The selected candidate will lead complex enterprise programs involving Salesforce, billing, finance, ERP systems, and business-critical integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash programs.
  • Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate Salesforce, billing, finance, ERP, cloud, and integration teams.
  • Partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
  • Oversee Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Advanced CPQ implementations.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using APIs.
  • Maintain project plans, risks, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, executive updates, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Support testing, deployment, adoption, and post-production activities.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of technical or enterprise program management experience.
  • Strong experience managing Salesforce CPQ implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash and revenue lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Revenue Cloud, or Advanced CPQ.
  • Experience working with billing, finance, and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of APIs, enterprise integrations, and cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
