This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, New York & San Francisco.

About the job you're considering

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical design and architecture for Salesforce Consumer goods cloud implementation.

Your role

This role will partner closely with the Program Manager and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and a proven track record in designing complex, global solutions for the Consumer Goods cloud project.

  • 10+ years Salesforce architecture experience, with 2+ years on Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect (or active path to both)
  • Hands-on design experience with Visit Planning, Visit Execution, In-Store Tasks, Surveys, Assessments, and Retail Store objects
  • Deep knowledge of CG Cloud offline mobile architecture, sync conflict resolution, and performance tuning for field users
  • Proven integration architecture across SAP S/4 or ECC, Salesforce Order Management, and Data Cloud
  • Experience defining data models, sharing models, and territory/route hierarchies at enterprise scale
  • Strong background leading technical design reviews, governance, and architecture decision records
  • Demonstrated client-facing experience as lead architect on at least one full CG Cloud implementation

Nice to have:

  • Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional credential
  • Working knowledge of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Retail Execution Plus
  • Familiarity with Einstein for CG, Data Cloud activation, and CRMA for field analytics
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries (Omni Studio) or prior Vlocity background.
