Job description

The Technology Support Specialist contractor for 3 months focuses on Google Workspace administration, helpdesk support, learning management system tasks, and Salesforce support.
• Google Workspace Administration: Tasks include managing user accounts, roles, email settings, device enrollment, security policies, application access, data management, and generating usage reports to optimize resources.
• Helpdesk Support: Responsibilities cover providing technical assistance, troubleshooting Google services and devices, managing password resets, conducting user training, tracking and escalating support issues, maintaining software updates, and communicating service changes.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Tasks: Include creating and organizing courses and content, managing assessments and grading, generating reports on user activity, providing technical support, training users, and gathering feedback for platform improvements.
• Salesforce and Portal Support: Involves supporting Salesforce users and business processes, working with ticketing systems, troubleshooting access and workflow issues, using Salesforce automation and reporting tools, and resolving support requests through platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce Cases.
Required Skills:
Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SMC), Salesforce Case Management, ServiceNOW, Google Admin Console and Analytics, Google Workspace
Customer Service and consumer engagement experience. Ability to work alone & on a team as well as be responsive.
