Position Summary

Leads management and optimization of the Salesforce platform to support enterprise strategy and business objectives. Oversees governance, platform performance, and user adoption while aligning Salesforce capabilities with evolving business needs.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Defines and executes the strategic vision and roadmap for the Salesforce platform to support organizational objectives.
  • Establishes platform standards, governance frameworks, and reusable capabilities that promote scalable and consistent Salesforce solutions.
  • Prioritizes the Salesforce platform backlog and oversees release planning to ensure delivery of high-value platform enhancements.
  • Partners with business and technology teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce platform solutions.
  • Leads platform governance initiatives and promotes best practices for configuration, development, and platform management.
  • Drives platform adoption through user enablement, training initiatives, and communication strategies.
  • Oversees platform health, operational support, and issue resolution to maintain system reliability and performance.
  • Manages Salesforce platform team members and provides leadership to support effective platform delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce platform or related experience.
