Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ 6–12 years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
✔ Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) development and implementation
✔ Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions
✔ Strong proficiency in SQL, SOQL, and Data Cloud Query Language for data transformation and analysis
✔ Experience building and managing data ingestion pipelines from CRM systems, APIs, data lakes, and external data sources
✔ Strong experience developing Data Models, Data Streams, Data Harmonization Rules, and customer data unification
✔ Experience implementing Identity Resolution and creating unified 360-degree customer profiles
✔ Hands-on experience building Calculated Insights, customer segments, audience activation workflows, and personalization use cases
✔ Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third-party applications
