Position Title: Salesforce Agentforce SME – Service Cloud - Copado Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid Employment Type: Contract on W2 only Duration: 12 plus months with possible extension
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce SME with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, along with a strong understanding of Service Cloud capabilities and customer service workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementations.and related AI capabilities.
- 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Experience implementing Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, integrations, security, and data management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as an SME and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Copado for Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation.
