Role Summary
The Salesforce Technical Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce applications that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical consultants.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and data architecture.
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, and support release management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
  • Drive governance, documentation, and compliance with security standards.
  • Mentor team members and support their technical growth and certification goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or implementation.
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

Preferred Qualifications
