Role: Salesforce Project Manager
Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)
Job Type: W2 Contract
 
Note: Only Visa Independent candidates (No C2C or Third-party candidates)
 
Job Overview:
  • Looking for a project manager with Salesforce experience.
  • Focused on candidates who are a very strong communicator and that they ideally have experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Some sort of salesforce certification would be nice too.  
 
Mandatory:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, particularly Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Expert-level knowledge of CRM sales and customer service functionality.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects for the client, collaborating directly with client stakeholders to deliver exceptional CRM solutions
  • Orchestrate distributed development teams across global locations using an effective onsite-offshore engagement model
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment between client needs and technical implementation
  • Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, scope definitions, and implementation roadmaps
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience with demonstrated Salesforce expertise
