Responsibilities:
• Lead Salesforce technical implementations, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Field Service Lightning (FSL), ensuring alignment with business requirements, processes, and technology.
• Hands-on experience in the configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions, driving the best practices and design principles for these areas.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business users, to gather and define business requirements, ensuring they are well-understood and clearly documented.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all Salesforce-related activities, including project delivery, team collaboration, and status tracking.
• Leverage DevOps tools for deployment automation and version control to streamline Salesforce release management and ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize knowledge of middleware tools to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
• Oversee and support the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce projects in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and a high standard of quality.

Required:
