Summary

McKesson Canada is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure CRM solutions. This role drives end-to-end architecture across Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise standards.

What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions across CRM and Marketing platforms
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable solutions
  • Define architecture standards, guardrails, and best practices
  • Review and approve solution designs and integration approaches
  • Partner with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Provide architectural oversight across design, build, test, and deployment
  • Lead integration design across enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
  • Guide data architecture, migration, and data quality strategies
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage technical debt and ensure long-term platform health
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise environments
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and release management
  • Proven experience designing large-scale, complex Salesforce solutions with integrations
  • Strong knowledge of security, data models, automation, and performance optimization
  • Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
Preferable Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, integrations)
  • Salesforce certifications (CTA, Application Architect, System Architect)
  • Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices in Salesforce
