ICUC is looking for an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Developer to help shape, build, and evolve our CRM ecosystem. In this role, you'll view Salesforce and HubSpot as a connected platform, designing scalable solutions, building automations and custom integrations, and ensuring both systems work seamlessly together. Your work will help enable efficient revenue operations through reliable systems, high-quality data, and thoughtful technical solutions.
What You'll Bring
Salesforce development expertise: Experience developing on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, triggers, and asynchronous processing. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or comparable hands-on experience is welcome.
Strong platform administration skills: Experience working with Flows, security models, and CRM data architecture. Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent practical experience is valued.
HubSpot expertise: Experience building and optimizing workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and integrations within HubSpot, including custom development utilizing HubSpot APIs.
Integration development experience: Experience designing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other business systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions.
Data management and governance: Experience with data modeling, migration, and maintaining data quality at scale while ensuring data integrity and security.
Technical and operational excellence: Familiarity with version control, release management, testing practices, and deployment processes that support reliable system delivery.
Communication and collaboration: Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We value a broad range of experiences. The following qualifications are considered assets, but are not required:
Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or similar credentials.
HubSpot Developer, Revenue Operations, or related certifications.
Experience in marketing, digital, agency, social media, or customer experience environments.
Experience with SQL, data warehousing, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with RevOps technologies such as CPQ, sales engagement platforms, lead routing tools, or marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
