WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
 

Experience

  • 10+ years overall IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Process Automation, and Lightning.
  • Exposure to data synchronization, client hierarchy, financial services data models, or Salesforce for enterprise transformation is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Expert in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Omnistudio (optional), and SOQL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, API limits, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines (Copado / Bitbucket / GitLab), and change sets.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API development and integrations with enterprise platforms.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong systems thinking.
  • Comfortable working in agile squads, communicating with architects, analysts, and stakeholders.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep hands-on expertise, strong solutioning capabilities, and the maturity to influence design decisions, while still actively building scalable solutions.


You will contribute to high-impact releases (1.0-1.2 and beyond), including Client 360, Dynamo migrations, Investor onboarding, UAT workflow enablement, and integrations with Data Cloud, DataBricks, Fusion, AXI, and FenX.

Citco's Client Systems group blends product, architecture, and engineering disciplines to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce platforms - supporting GRM teams, Client Onboarding, Business Development, Investor Services, and Operations.

THE ROLE - SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER
This role bridges advanced technical execution and solution collaboration. You will architect and build, but without full people-management responsibility.

Experience Range: 10+ years overall tech experience, including 6+ years in Salesforce development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Design & Development

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and other platform capabilities.
  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (with strong focus on Opportunity Management, Case Management, and Client/Investor lifecycle automation).
  • Develop and enhance integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Data Cloud, and middleware across platforms like Fusion, AXI, Dynamo, and DataBricks.
  • Support Experience Cloud/Portal configuration for external investor and client access.

Platform Quality & Assurance

  • Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding and security standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Optimize performance, governor limits, and transaction handling.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines and ensure clean deployments across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production.

Collaboration & Advisory

  • Collaborate with architects, BAs, product owners, and data teams during solution design and sprint planning.
  • Support UAT, user story refinement, and backlog grooming.
  • Own technical enhancements for major platform releases 

Continuous Improvement

  • Track upcoming Salesforce releases (Data Cloud, Einstein, AgentForce, Marketing Cloud, Hyperforce) and recommend adoption.
  • Contribute to reusable component libraries, documentation, and platform standards.
