Description

We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent Computer Science graduates or individuals with equivalent experience who are passionate about software development and interested in building their career on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with experienced Salesforce professionals to develop custom applications, enhance existing platform capabilities, and contribute to innovative AI-driven solutions that support business objectives.

As a Software Developer, you will participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and integrations. You will gain hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, modern development practices, and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain custom Apex classestriggersLightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows under guidance from senior developers.
  • Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other applications using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for scalability, maintainability, and security.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, well-structured solutions.
  • Help troubleshoot, debug, and resolve data or functionality issues.
  • Create and update documentation for enhancements, configurations, and processes.
  • Continuously learn new Salesforce features, releases, and development techniques.
Experience
  • Recent graduate in Computer ScienceSoftware EngineeringInformation Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (Java, or similar).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs or integration concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of HTMLCSSJavaScript, or interest in front-end development.
  • Familiarity with SQL or relational database concepts.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have (Not Required - we will train)
  • Exposure to Salesforce through coursework, internship, or personal learning.
