What you'll accomplish with us

As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Implement, document, and maintain configurations and administrative functions (user accounts, workflows, fields, data, custom settings, dashboards, and reports).
  • Ensure optimal performance and proper functioning of Salesforce configurations.
  • Collaborate with integrators, business analysts, solution architects, and the Product Manager.
  • Participate in defining functional and technical specifications, analyze business needs, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Configure and document specific solutions or interfaces, support user training, and stay up to date on new tools, features, and Salesforce platform updates.
