Requirements:

Required

8+ years of experience in business architecture or senior business analysis in IT

Direct experience with the Salesforce Experience Cloud module (implementation or functional design)

Experience in individual insurance, minimum 1-2 years (life, health, disability, or comparable products)

Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification (to be confirmed)

Other recognized Salesforce certification (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or equivalent) (to be confirmed)

Experience in an ongoing implementation environment: ability to integrate into an active project, structured deliverables, interaction with product and development teams

Bilingualism (French/English)

Knowledge of individual insurance distribution or underwriting processes


Team is Looking For:

A business architect with 8+ years of experience in IT, who has worked with the Salesforce Experience Cloud module on at least one implementation project. Individual insurance experience is non-negotiable: a minimum of 1 to 2 years in life, health, or disability products. The candidate must be able to integrate seamlessly into an ongoing project without a learning curve for the module. Salesforce certification is a plus, not a requirement.
