Job description

Position: Salesforce Developer - Revenue Cloud (RCA / CPQ)
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Preferred) or Remote
Type: 6-Month Contract (Extension Possible)
Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Revenue Cloud (RCA) and Sales Cloud to support ongoing enhancements and integrations across a complex revenue ecosystem.
This role will focus on building and supporting custom functionality tied to opportunity management, revenue lifecycle, and downstream integrations into Tableau and MuleSoft.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions within Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (RCA)
  • Support custom development tied to opportunity management (OMT)
  • Build integrations and data flows between Salesforce, Tableau, and MuleSoft
  • Customize workflows, Apex, Lightning components, and automation
  • Collaborate with architects and integration teams on system design
Qualifications
  • 5+ years Salesforce Development experience
  • Strong experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) or CPQ
  • Experience with Sales Cloud
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience working in integrated environments (Tableau, MuleSoft preferred)
  • Strong understanding of revenue lifecycle processes
