TechniBlend is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Southwest & Rockies) to drive sales growth and implement sales strategies. This role involves meeting sales targets and overseeing all aspects of the sales process to ensure the company meets its revenue goals. 

Candidate needs to be based in TX managing customers in MT, WY, ID, UT, CO, AZ, NM, TX

Are you passionate about this work? 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects within the food and beverage equipment industry. 
  • Identify and cultivate sales opportunities both domestically and internationally, with a focus on expanding revenue. 
  • Refine regional sales strategies to meet revenue and margin goals, analyze submarket trends, and translate findings into focused business development strategies aligned with key growth opportunities. 
  • Support the ProLead process, prioritize projects aligning with growth strategy, ensure accurate opportunity qualification and pricing for profitability, lead client negotiations for contracts, and develop a comprehensive process for managing client agreements. 
  • Refinement of CRM tool, (Salesforce) to meet including proficiency in Salesforce, to meet specific business needs for opportunity management, ratings, quoting analytics, forecasting, analyze data, track sales activities, and execute effective sales strategies. 
  • Implement consultative, solution-based selling techniques to address client needs and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Prospect and develop new accounts while nurturing existing client relationships to secure additional projects and upsell opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Sales, Business, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record in leading sales efforts of capital equipment, both through internal and agent networks. 
  • Experience in the food and beverage equipment industry is highly preferred. 
  • Experience in developing sales channels and generating revenue in new markets is a significant plus. 
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a demonstrated history of maintaining strong customer relationships. 
  • Proficiency in utilizing a CRM system to analyze and execute on data; familiarity with Salesforce is an asset. 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively sell ideas, concepts, and programs both internally and externally. 
  • Proficiency in consultative, solution-based selling. 
  • Track record of successfully prospecting and developing new accounts while also maintaining and renewing existing accounts. 
  • Ability to translate client needs into concrete solutions. 
  • Experience in setting product/project scope parameters and negotiating contracts. 
  • Willingness to travel nationally at least 30-50% of the time.
