Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on developing, supporting, and deploying mid to large-scale IT projects within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners, business system analysts (BSAs), and engineers to design and develop solutions that meet our business requirements and goals. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, coupled with strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
  • Determine the optimal approach between out-of-the-box capabilities, AppExchange solutions, and custom solutions.
  • Participate in all software development phases, including analysis, requirements development, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Leverage Salesforce skills to deliver business solutions while maintaining functionality in a complex, global organization.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration of projects within set timelines.
Must Have Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and VSCode.
  • Strong experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Copado, Flosum).
Preferred Domain Experience:
  • Telecom industry experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s) will be considered an advantage.
