Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to generate new business, build strong contractor relationships, and close concrete service contracts.

This role is focused on outbound sales, field prospecting, site visits, and relationship building with construction and property management professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new B2B business opportunities in the construction and property management industries
  • Build relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, and commercial clients
  • Conduct job site visits to understand project needs and scope of work
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Prepare and present service proposals and pricing estimates
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to ensure project accuracy and execution
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, leads, and sales in CRM or tracking system
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred; construction or home services is a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a field sales environment and visiting job sites
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to close deals
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
