Job Title: Business Analysist - Salesforce Analytics
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Salesforce Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role bridges the gap between data and decision-making, leveraging Salesforce data to drive strategic insights and operational improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Build: Develop and maintain datasets, lenses, dashboards, and recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from stakeholders.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Implement best practices for data refresh schedules, security predicates, and recipe optimizations.
  • Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to optimize data architecture and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, and other BI platforms, with experience in SAQL, SQL.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing dataflows/recipes.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret data in a strategic context.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant).
  • Background in business systems analysis or consulting.
