Job description

Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Frisco, TX

Length: 12 Months

Locals Only

 

Responsibilities:

●            Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.

●            Work with the Technical Architect and Technical Lead to implement scalable Salesforce solutions, considering best practices, design patterns, and platform limits.

●            Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and helping them grow their skills in Salesforce development.

●            Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance testers to deliver integrated solutions.

●            Develop end to end Salesforce Application using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.

●            Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts

●            Extensive experience in developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components

●            Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.

●            Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

●            Exposure to version control and continuous integration via Bitbucket or Github

●            Experience with deployment tools like GIT, Azure/Devops, Gearset, Copado and Salesforce

●            Knowledge of different Code Scanning tools for Salesforce : PMD/Clayton

●            Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and customization.

Qualifications:

●            Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

●            Salesforce.com certifications

○            Mandatory:

■             Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator

○            Recommended:

 

■             Service Cloud Consultant, Sharing and Visibility Architect

●            Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations.

●            Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.

●            Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.

●            Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

●            Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.

●            Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
