Job description

Our Client is seeking a nCino Salesforce Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC (Need Onsite day 1, hybrid 3 days from office).

Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled nCino Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement innovative banking solutions leveraging the nCino Bank Operating System on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, nCino platform customization, and a thorough understanding of banking processes to enhance our digital banking capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce development and design skills including but not limited to: Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder, Flow, and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools
  • Extensive experience implementing nCino managed package at other financial firms.
  • Develop, customize, and configure nCino applications built on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements for banking applications.
  • Integrate nCino modules with external systems using APIs and data pipelines.
  • Perform code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code delivery.
  • Support system migrations, updates, and upgrades within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and user guides.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce and nCino platform releases, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Certifications:  Salesforce PD1 or LWC
  • Certifications:  nCino 201/nCino 313.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in nCino platform development.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with nCino modules such as Origination, Credit, and Deposits.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Deployment tools, and version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of banking processes, risk management, and compliance is preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, nCino Certification (preferred).

Preferred, but not required:

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
