Location: Sterling, VA (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)
Duration: Direct Hire / Full-Time

Position Overview

Itero Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Consultant with a strong background in Financial Services to join our team supporting enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a consultative professional who can partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to drive CRM strategy and digital transformation initiatives leveraging the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of functional consulting expertise, Salesforce solution design experience, and industry knowledge across banking, wealth management, insurance, lending, or capital markets. This individual will play a key role in translating business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.


ResponsibilitiesClient Consulting & Advisory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to financial services clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Analyze current-state business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements.
  • Present recommendations and solution strategies to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
Solution Design
  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing platform best practices.
  • Develop user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
  • Recommend and design solutions utilizing:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Data Cloud (preferred)
    • CRM Analytics (preferred)
  • Partner closely with Salesforce Architects and Developers throughout implementation efforts.
Financial Services Expertise
  • Apply industry knowledge to support business processes including:
    • Client onboarding
    • Know Your Customer (KYC)
    • Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
    • Commercial Banking
    • Wealth Management
    • Lending and Capital Markets
Project Delivery
  • Support Agile software delivery practices.

Required Qualifications
