A minimum of two (2) staff resources must have a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience within the last eight (8) years from the Solicitation Date in designing, coding, building, configuring, and implementing an Online appeals portal. Staff resources must be familiar with the following Information Technologies.
o Internet
o Programming
o Website development
o Integration of web form
o Salesforce integration
o Appeals workflow process integration
A minimum of one (1) staff resource must have a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience within the last eight (8) years from Solicitation Date in the development and delivery of an online appeals system.
A minimum of one (1) staff resource must have a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience within the last eight (8) years from Solicitation Date in the development and delivery of an online appeals system.
