Position: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

  • 9 yrs of Salesforce experience analysing business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B commerce classic and Experience Cloud
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Offshore coordination is required
  • Creation of custom reports and dashboards, training end-users, and troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Prefer Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification (Option)
