Job Description:
- 9 yrs of Salesforce experience analysing business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B commerce classic and Experience Cloud
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
- Excellent communication skills.
- Offshore coordination is required
- Creation of custom reports and dashboards, training end-users, and troubleshooting issues as needed
- Prefer Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification (Option)
