Job description

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings within Salesforce to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies. 

  • Manage data imports, exports, updates, and integrity across Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms to support accurate reporting and business operations. 

  • Perform basic Salesforce configuration, such as modifying page layouts, creating new fields, adjusting/creating approval flows.

  • Provide first level support and training to users, addressing their questions, and troubleshoot issues. 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions function properly. 

  • Help Support with the preparation and execute Salesforce updates and releases, ensuring seamless deployment of new features. 

  • Adhere to all IT audit and change control processes, including but not limited to managing unit tests, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. 

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field required.
  • Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required; Internship in Salesforce field preferred.
  • Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration required; Microsoft Office Suite required; and Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
