Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. Youโ€™ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities: โ€ข Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans โ€ข Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings โ€ข Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities โ€ข Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close โ€ข Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs Qualifications: โ€ข Must have a valid Real Estate License โ€ข High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience โ€ข Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience โ€ข Real estate license preferred โ€ข Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued โ€ข Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills Compensation: $40,000 plus bonuses
