Position Overview:

The Sales Training Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that enable a high-performing commercial organization. This role focuses on new hire onboarding, product and sales training, and ongoing development initiatives to enhance field effectiveness of the entire Women's Health Sales team.

Working cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, People & Culture, Compliance, and external partners, this individual ensures the sales team is prepared, confident, and equipped to execute in the field. The role blends strategic input with hands-on execution, including direct engagement with new hires and field teams.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Training Curriculum Development & Delivery:
    • Develop and deliver training content across Women's Health portfolio toalign with sales objectivesincludingproduct, patient access, business analytics, and field execution
    • Identify and leverage off-the-shelf training materials where appropriate and develop new content when needed
    • Align with sales and marketing leadership on learning objectives, course content, workshops, and learning activities based on adult learning principlesto enhance engagement and retention
    • Manages Promotional Review of all training materials and content in keeping with compliance standards and Prescription Drug Marketing Act of 1987.
  • Process Improvement, Implementation & Field Force Effectiveness:
    • Partners with field leadership in the identification of and coaching to clinical or sales effectiveness capabilities through in person or virtual training activities.
    • Proactivelyidentifies and recommends opportunities for improved field effectiveness and product promotionto Women's Health Leadership team.
    • Support and enable managers in delivering training contentin collaboration with WH Leadership team to continually enhance manager capabilities.
    • Maintain and evolve training materials to support sales team effectiveness.
    • Identifies in collaboration with sales managers individuals as Field Sales Trainers (FST) to deliver new hire and ongoing training curriculum to sales force
    • In collaboration with Women's Health Leadership team and regional sales managers, lead and support the ongoing development of the Field Sales Trainers
    • Strategic Partnership
      • Act as a strategic advisor toWomen's Healthleadership on training needs and priorities
      • Recommend adjustments to training scope, design, or resourcing as needed
      • Leverage data and field insights to refine training programs and improve outcomes.
      • Support leadership discussions regarding readiness, execution, and launch preparedness

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 3+ years ofpharmaceuticalexperience required,experience in Women's Health preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales training, field training, and sales leadership role preferred.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across cross functional Women's Health leadership and sales team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
