Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst with 0 - 2 years of experience to join our Client Partnership Group (CPG). Comprising over 20 professionals, CPG is responsible for client service, new business development, and product management, serving multiple roles within the firm. The ideal candidate is pursuing a career in institutional sales / fundraising and has a general understanding of the Private Credit market. We are seeking a Sales Analyst to support our marketing and sales professionals in raising institutional and mass affluent capital for Crestline's Private Credit platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside senior and mid-level members of CPG to reach our fundraising goals across our core investment strategies.

This position is based at Crestline's headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Strategy
    • Coordinate and facilitate investor meetings by preparing relevant materials and supporting senior team members during calls and in-person meetings
    • Track the fundraising pipeline, support sales forecasting, and document meeting follow-ups
    • Conduct competitive research on market offerings and emerging product developments to keep the team informed
  • CRM Management & Data Integrity
    • Maintain and update CPG's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure accuracy and completeness of investor data
    • Track fundraising opportunities and pipeline metrics to support forecasting and strategic planning
    • Conduct contact research, manage data entry, and maintain outreach records to support the sales effort
  • Investor & Market Research
    • Analyze asset allocation studies and public board meeting notes to generate insights on current and prospective investors
    • Monitor market trends and identify new fundraising targets through ongoing competitive analysis
  • Project Support
    • Provide support on ad-hoc tasks, requests, and new initiatives
    • Collaborate with team members across CPG to ensure timely and high-quality execution of deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience working for an investment management firm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of managing and tracking multiple tasks at once
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Experience working in a CRM and researching market and investor data
  • Demonstrated interest in the credit markets and institutional sales / fundraising
