  • Welcome and sign in showroom visitors — first impressions matter
  • Support Account Managers with payments, order status updates, and customer questions
  • Help manage samples and keep things organized
  • Answer phones and connect people with the right team member
  • Schedule showroom tours for potential members
  • Help keep the showroom looking great with updated products and pricing
  • Communicate with vendors on order follow‑ups
