Are you ready to unlock intelligence?

If you don’t think you meet all of the criteria below but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box - we’re looking for candidates that are particularly strong in a few areas, and have some interest and capabilities in others.

About the role:
We’re looking for a PS Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling our Services organization and driving operational excellence across strategic program execution, systems, and reporting. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll partner closely with PS leadership, streamline back-office processes, and build the systems and insights that enable our teams to deliver with efficiency and profitability.

If you enjoy solving complex operational problems, optimizing PS workflows, and building scalable systems that directly impact customer experience and PS financials, this is your opportunity to help shape and grow a world-class Professional Services organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the operational backbone for key Professional Services programs, including monetization initiatives, investment management, credits, and customer outcome tracking.

  • Improve team efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing productivity.

  • Implement automations and AI solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks and create more time for customer-facing work.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to optimize and scale PS systems.

  • Support and improve core PS administrative operations, including month-end procedures, expense management, revenue tracking and forecasting, partner costs, and ROI analysis.

  • Maintain and evolve our reporting suite to ensure PS leadership has accurate, real-time visibility into spend, forecasts, delivery performance, and customer outcomes.

  • Partner with Finance and RevOps to align PS financial planning and reporting with broader company goals.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on margins, revenue, costs, program performance, and customer trends, delivering timely insights for leadership.

  • Act as the go-to resource for all PS-related systems, processes, and analytics questions.

What you’ll bring:

  • A builder’s mindset, with the ability to direct the configuration and evolution of systems like Certinia and Salesforce to support a scaling PS org.

  • Curiosity and analytical strength, with a knack for uncovering drivers of revenue, spend, and customer outcomes, systematically turning data into actionable insights.

  • A passion for efficiency, using automation, AI solutions, and process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce overhead.

  • A strong focus on accuracy and data integrity, ensuring leadership can rely on your metrics and forecasts.

  • The ability to collaborate closely with executives, supporting their strategy while also contributing your own insights to shape it.

  • Clear communication and a collaborative spirit, making you a trusted partner across PS, Finance, and Sales.

  • Expertise in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with a working knowledge of SQL to update existing queries.

  • 4+ years of experience in operations within enterprise software.

Nice to haves:

  • Complete autonomy with Tableau reporting and SQL

  • Knowledge of AI automation platforms (Claude, N8N,...)
