Description

Purpose: S&OP Manager is a Team leader with the capability and vision to connect areas via the planning process to ensure business visibility and supply chain alignment with demand.



  • Lead and manage the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align sales, supply chain, production, distribution purchase and inventory plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment of the S&OP plan.

  • Analyze demand forecasts and production capabilities to optimize supply chain performance.

  • Develop and maintain S&OP metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the planning process.

  • Run and execute Demand planning (DP), production planning (MPS), distribution planning (DRP), material planning (MRP)

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Facilitate and lead S&OP meetings, ensuring alignment across the organization on key business decisions.

  • Define inventory policies and manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.


Position Requirements

Education: Typically holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and supplemented by an MBA or S&OP courses/trainings.


Experience:



  • +8 years of experience in S&OP / planning

  • +8 years in leadership roles

  • +5 years FMCG experience

  • Desirable: experience operating in USA market

  • Location: On site Miami, Fl with availability to travel mainly to east cost USA.
