Job description

Concord is a full-scope loan servicer delivering compliant, flexible, and scalable portfolio servicing solutions to meet the demands of loan originators and capital providers - and their customers - in multiple asset classes. We are service-focused, innovative thought leaders leveraging proprietary technology to deliver comprehensive, configurable, and customizable servicing solutions. Our subject matter experts proactively partner with clients to maximize portfolio performance at a competitive price.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Revenue Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will support revenue reporting, reconciliation, and analysis across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, holds themselves to a high standard of accuracy, and can be trusted to follow established processes without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring revenue reports and dashboards.
  • Perform revenue reconciliation and variance analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based models, trackers, and pivot reports to support financial reviews.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities related to revenue.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, etc) to validate revenue data.
  • Document and adhere to established procedures for data entry, reporting workflows, and audit readiness.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and surface findings to leadership.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formula-based reporting
  • Experience with ERP or revenue management systems a plus
  • Professional Competencies
  • Attention to detail: You catch errors others miss and take ownership of data accuracy before it becomes someone else's problem
  • Composure under pressure: You can prioritize and execute during tight deadlines - month-end doesn't rattle you
  • Procedural discipline: You read the documentation. You follow the process. When something's unclear, you ask - but you don't skip steps
  • Self-motivation: You manage your own workload, follow through without being reminded, and take initiative on open questions
  • Communication: You can clearly explain a data discrepancy or summarize a revenue trend to a non-finance audience

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
  • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability
