Job description

Account Executives (Climbers) are crucial members of our sales force. This position involves scaling roofs to perform thorough inspections, engaging in door-to-door marketing, and guiding homeowners through the roofing and insurance claim process, leading to signed agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the schedule provided by the Field Sales Manager.

  • Actively engage in door-to-door marketing to generate leads and establish new customer relationships.

  • Perform comprehensive roof inspections to assess condition and identify damage.

  • Educate homeowners on roofing systems and potential damage.

  • Provide guidance to clients in navigating the insurance claims initiation process.

  • Encourage qualified homeowners to enter into agreements for roofing services.

  • Use Sales Rabbit to track daily door-knocking activities, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes.

  • Send a daily summary email to the Field Sales Manager, including leads generated, inspections conducted, and contingency agreements signed.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through follow-ups and effective communication.

  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure a seamless transition from inspection to project initiation.

Expectations:

  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism in all client and team interactions.

  • Meet or exceed weekly targets and performance metrics set by management.

  • Attend scheduled meetings, training sessions, and coaching on roofing industry trends, materials, and best practices.
